Mr. Don Valden is a highly regarded figure in both the Real Estate and Oil and Gas/Energy industries. As the CEO and founder of ARWA, Inc. – American Right of Way Academy, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the forefront of energy industry training.

Don Valden's impressive career spans decades of dedication and success. In addition to leading ARWA, Inc., he serves as a Senior Advisory Board Member of Onward Survey & Land Services - OLSTX, LLC. Don is also a respected national public speaker, author, course writer, and instructor at Midland College PPDC & Odessa College. He holds a significant role as an Advisory Board member of The Institute of Energy Management School, where he imparts his knowledge through teaching oil & gas Right of Way courses.

With a background as a Right of Way Consultant and Project Manager for industry giants like Koch Industries, Gulf States Utilities, Southern Natural Gas, Devon Energy, EOG Resources, and Apex Clean Energy, Don has garnered extensive experience in the energy sector. His expertise was further honed with the emergence of Shale Plays, leading to the establishment of TRWA, Inc. - Texas Right Of Way Associates in 2007.
