Oscar has 36 years in the pipeline survey business. His career began in August of 1980 working for Gullett and Associates out of Houston, Texas working for companies such as Houston Pipeline, Enron, Valero, Seadrift Union Carbide and Exxon and other energy firms in Texas and Louisiana.

In 1988 to 1994 worked for Ener Trans from O.K. City for Koch Industries. He worked on Koch Texas Projects 1,2 and 3 from Corpus Christi, Texas to DFW Airport and Medford, Oklahoma. He continued working with Ener Trans on many other Koch Projects across the nation.

In 1994, Oscar began his international assignments which throughout the years he would work all over Mexico and four different countries in South America. His international projects were with:

Gibbs Ellison as survey supervisor in Mexico in 1994, on 74 kms. Above ground survey for Pemex from Mexico City pump station to Cuernavaca pump station.

Flour-ICA as survey supervisor in Mexico in 1996 for MCI Telecommunications cable from Matamoras Mexico at the Brownsville, Texas to Mexico City, to Cuidad Juarez at the El Paso Texas Border.

Flour Daniels International as Survey Manager, Northern Argentina, November 1996 to March 2000 on a 20” gas pipeline for CMS Gas Transmissions from southern Bolivia across northern Argentina going over the Andes Mountains to the west Pacific coast in Chile,S.A.

Quest International as survey supervisor and router, July 2009 to November 2009. for Trans Canada on 300 kms. from Colima Mexico to Guadalajara Mexico.

Mustang Engineering as Survey Supervisor Bogota Colombia S.A., June 2010 to July 2011

On his return to the United States, Oscar joined the Mustang ROW department and got his TREC License and began working as a ROW agent adding another skill to his surveying career. January 2012 to February 2013 worked for Denbury Resources as Q/A, Q/C, plat reviewer in Conroe, TX.

Oscar then worked in the Permian Basin in San Angelo, TX. working with as ROW/Survey Coordinator, on a gathering system for Lucid Energy Group, LLC. From February 2013 to January 2016 where he was Q/A, Q/C, for plats, prelim. and as built alignment sheets for over 800 miles of poly and steel pipelines.
